Dr. Mark Melson, DDS

Couldn't be more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Melson (even though I do miss his assistant Brenda that used to work with him. They were a great team)

Since Dr J left, this dental office staff, and dental assistants have went downhill. They are so busy trying to defend their lack of care and customer service. I went back to have a crown put back on, which I have had at least 5 crowns. Literally , instead of the dentist placing it back on, after he said it should go back on just fine, he left the dental assistant to do it. She literally put glue in crown, put back on my tooth and said dont eat for 2 hours. This has never been the case before. There are steps, including biting down on paper to make sure it is a good fit and biting on gauze for at least 5 minutes after crown is fitted. The Crown fell off after eating toast 5 days later. When I called back in the front desk person just kept defending that the assistant did it correctly. Not at all. I will not be going back. Every visit there is a different person. Unhappy staff makes customer service awful.

Dr. Melson is a good dentist and appears to be a decent human being. His staff... not so much. Most of them don't seem to realize where their salaries come from. There is very little maturity there as most seem to behave like the millenials that they are. Then there is the billing. Tell me one price and bill me for more. Dr. Melson corrected this...after I objected. I have spent my last insurance and co-pay dollars here. Maybe the payroll fairy will keep paying these people's salaries, but I will not.

My visit was for a regularly scheduled cleaning and check-up. Everything seemed fine and scheduled another visit.

Everything ran smoothly. Very professional. The assistant also did an excellent job. The procedure was basically painless. This was the first time I had any work done in this office and I will be staying with them.

Almost painless filling. Very little waiting. Staff efficient and kind.

Would never recommend. Have a partial that can never wear. Has been in the cabinet since I came home. Told them it was too loose, no holding at all. They told me I had to glue it in. There was no place for my gums. It just layed there, no fitting at all. $920. and about $200, in gasoline for nothing. Now I have to wait till I get enough on my credit card to go somewhere else to get another one made that will fit. Run as fast as you can.

Dr. Melson is friendly and gets down to business using his expertise to take of my dental needs. I appreciate having options and a say in the care I receive. I enjoy the perk of coffee options and look forward to the extra touches.

I'm not gonna lie and say I love going to the dentist however I will say the Dr. and staff were extremely friendly and gentle. I'm 62 yrs old and can honestly say it was the best and easiest dental experience I've ever had Thank You

Everyone that works there is very professional and very friendly. The place is very nice and clean.

Dr Melson is very professional . He had my tooth out in no time. I only needed pain meds the first day. I'm still amazed how little pain I've had. I highly recommend him for your dental care..

Liked the efficiency of operation in the office and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. My wife has had extensive work there and she is very pleased as well. At last we have found a dental office we can trust and that suits us!

Best dental office I have been to in a long time. Staff actually listened to my concerns and worked with me on my dental goals.
