I was not treated by Dr Mroch, but my husband was while he was in hospice care. Dr Mroch treated Doug with respect, humor, and great care. Dr Mroch visited him a few times for issues and they were resolved to his satisfaction.

Wonderful. I can't praise Dr Mark enough. He came out to take care of my wife's problem and fixed her up wonderfully, easing a lot of worry for her as she's just come out of the hospital.
Dr Mark, is so knowledgeable, personable, caring, and genuine. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
As he said, "If I don't treat you like family, I don't treat you." Never a truer work was spoken.

Dr. Mroch is a super nice guy. At the end of the day he just wants his patients to me comfortable and smile. Growing up I never smiled due to my teeth. After visiting Dr. Mroch and getting Invisalign I was comfortable enough to smile for the first time in my life.

Poor business practices. Very unprofessional. When we parted ways, he decided to keep a $250 credit that I had on his books. His poor front-office and collection practices almost ruined his business. Patient beware!
