Dr. Mark Novasack, DMD

Mark Novasack will NEVER fill his dad's shoes! He is horrible. He made me feel ashamed of my teeth due to a crown that he did that looked brown at the top. I felt humiliated. He is rude, unprofessional, and lacks patience. This office has changed. His father always made me feel comfortable. From what I have heard his dad has to sleep in the parking lot for emergencies. It's sad! Also, his assistant was rude. Don't waste your time!

Dr Novasack was less than kind while in the chair. As the suction tube stopped working during his drilling, i began to gag and had to sit up to clear my throat. Dr novasack became angry and literally 4 seconds after i was ok he in an angry tone said, " can we get this done now"? His staff is very nice, unlike him! I have moved on and won't be back. I don't like to be negative but his lack of consideration was unexpected and unnecessary.

I would highly recommend Dr. Novosack and his team. The politeness and customer service was apparent from the moment I placed my first call. I am a “ chicken” when it comes to dentists! Dr. Novosack professionally explained everything and made you feel like “ an old friend”. His “ chair side manner” and the safety precautions in his office are exceptional! What a refreshing experience especially in this ever struggling world.

Painless & professional! I cracked my tooth after hours on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, requiring urgent dental attention. The office answered and made arrangements to meet me in the office shortly after. Our whole family has always used Dr. George Novasack for any dental needs, and "like father, like son"- caring and kind to others. Dr. Mark and his wife are the best around. So glad another generation will enjoy coming to see their family dentist with this wonderful Linwood family.
