Dr. Mark Riedler, DDS

Old-school type of office and I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The light easy banter between myself, Dr. Riedler and his staff during my procedures helped quell my anxiety about all that needed to be done to repair my teeth. (2 root canals and 3 crowns.) When one of my molars fractured and broke very recently (due to a very old filling), I gave a panicked call to his office and they scheduled me in for an evaluation just two hours later. Very pleased with my interactions here.

Should have listened to the reviews. The staff are totally incompetent. The office manager quoted a co-pay of $11-. The number seemed odd, so I called the insurance company. The real co-pay is $5-. the office managers explanation was that she was only $6- off. The dental equipment was old as was the entire office. Never saw a single smile, all were angry bitter incompetents.. reidler only sees root canal and crown patients. His helper see all others. No hygienist either. FIND ANOTHER DENTAL OF

Horrible front dest receptionists. When I arrived at the office, my last name was listed incorrectly by my insurance and the receptionists refused to call the insurance to sort out the problem, even though I had my insurance card with me. I was told that it wasn't their job to call the insurance and wouldn't help me. They could still see me but that I might be billed instead of the insurance. The absolute refusal to help their customers is amazingly horrible and shockingly bad.
