You just don't find a dental office like this very easily, word of mouth got me there, but their proficiency and integrity has kept me there for a lot of years now. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Smith.

Dr. Smith and his staff have flexed with the pandemic onset. The office has new protocols and I saw that they were routinely cleaning and preventing potential germ spread. Amanda, the hygienist, was superb! Not only cleaned the plaque but whitened my teeth while she expertly handled the ultrasonic cleaner. This office offers personal care and state of the art expertise. I absolutely recommend them!

Dr. Smith and the dental techs are great. Unfortunately office management is a big concern. They made some insurance network changes in 2018 and told some of the patients, but not all. We are a large family and there is lots of insurance paperwork going back and forth, and we ended up paying a LOT of money out of pocket before we figured out the issue. When we asked about not being notified of the change, our direct questions were avoided, and no responsibility taken. And we never did find out how our AFLAC payments, which always came to us, started going to the practice without our authorization. A small part of the "overage" we paid was eventually written off on the last bill by the office. If you are a patient there, I recommend checking your billings. If you are considering the practice, make sure you are up to speed on what your insurance covers and you are reconciling every EOB for dental care.

I'm a Dr. Mark Smith's patient for almost 6 years. I feel very lucky to find such a great dentist. He is very professional, confident and delicate. I trust him, he always do the best , and I'm always satisfied. He has a good team and have a very welcoming atmosphere there. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Smith.
