Been going to Dr Stephenson since 2017 and can honestly say I’ve never been to a more professional and kinder practice. Dr. Stephenson provides everything from routine cleanings to implants. My husband and I have recommended many of our friends to his practice and, like us, are so satisfied. He and his practice are. THE BEST!

Today had and emergency appointment with my dentist Dr. Stephenson at Colonnade Dental, one of my old tooth feeling came off taking a piece of my tooth with it, Dr. Stephenson ones again did and excellent job fixing the broken tooth and can’t tell that a piece was missing, the repair and color matching es very, very good, I highly recommend Colonnade Dental and Dr. Stephenson 100 % Thank you again.

Every visit visit, to Dr. Stevenson, is almost like going to visit friends. Everyone there is so friendly and pleasant. Just a terrific dentist, patience of a saint, a great sense of humor and just an all around, neat guy. Can’t imagine going anywhere else. He even makes crowns and whatever anyone needs, on the spot.

Dr. Stephenson is the best! So kind, attentive, really cares about his patients. His staff are the most kind and caring staff I have ever encountered.

What can you say about a person who has been your dentist for almost 22 years? My second oldest son was 3 months old when I met Dr. Stephenson. I had a tooth that decided it didn't want to hang around any longer and decided fall out. It was a root canal tooth. Tacara (who is a sweetheart and fun to be around) reached out to me after I left a message about my situation. I was able to get into the office and Dr. Stephenson did what he has been doing all these years, making sure my teeth look good. (smile) I couldn't ask for a better dentist. He does a great job and keeps you laughing all at the same time. I drove all the way from Mooresville, NC to see him. So that says alot. We moved from Raleigh-Durham area about two years ago. Again, I couldn't ask for a better dentist. He takes pride in caring for his patients. Thank you Dr. Stephenson for your years of commitment to me. Love you like family and You Rock!!!
