The office staff was nice, the hygienist never spoke, never smiled, almost like "be seen, vut not heard" If you are looking for a kind dentist or even one who has a good personality, Dr. Mark Webb is not fir you. He has a very stern, negative, belittling personality, with no empathy at all. I would never recommend him to anyone!
