Called to schedule an appointment but his front office staff, Shaun, was so short and impatient that I informed her I no longer wanted to make an appointment. She called me back and accused me of hanging up on her and continued on in an extremely rude and aggressive manner and hung up on me. I'm baffled at the level of unprofessionalism. Good vibes for 2021. I don't need this level of ill-manner and impertinence. If I have to go through the Hunger Games of front desk staff just to get a good dental cleaning then forget it.
