I called this man for pain medication for a cavity that he recocnized that needed a cap, when I asked for pain medication and a job excuse because I was in so much pain, I was met with rudeness both on the phone and in person where other patients were present. He told me that I was not an active patient at his office even though I had seen him the week before where he x rayed my mouth and submitted a need for caps to my insurance.
