As a dedicated patient who has always treated Dentist 4U with respect and never missed appointments for eight years, it is disheartening to witness their complete lack of concern for my longstanding loyalty. The decline in service quality became apparent when my special needs daughter became a patient about a year ago. Today's visit further highlighted the staff's appalling indifference towards her care, reflecting a disregard for my needs and my history as a loyal patient who has always shown respect and punctuality. As a result, I will seek an alternative next week. I urge Dentist 4U to reflect on this honest feedback and take immediate steps to rectify their indifferent approach, ensuring the satisfaction and trust of their patients who have shown unwavering loyalty and respect.
