Dr. Marti Peterson, DDS

This place deserves a 0. They have terrible bedside manner, liars, want your money, and don’t care about your children. Check out my 1 star review on google because I am not able to write my full experience here but I will say they don’t care about your child and want to do unnecessary work on your child.

i wish i could leave 0 stars this dentist will hurt your child will have them go through surgery that is not need and wen she gets your child into the operating room she will do more operations than agreed upon she will do crowns with no ex rays no proof they are needed no parental consultation you will get bills for thousands of dollars and your child will never be the same again my child was happy a good eater and good at talking after our visit she is afraid of people she has to have her food mashed up to eat and she is deathly afraid of doctors now if you go to dr marti and she suggest surgery run go to another dentist get a second opinion before any surgery also check all the review sites under her name and the practice name wish we did not go through with the surgery

will tell you your child needs a few teeth removed and say all other teeth are healthy and book appointment at hospital to have surgery wen she gets into the operating room she will butcher your child and do as many crowns and fillings as she can get away with without parental consent she will tell you after she does it no ex rays no proof this surgery is needed we will be filing a law suit and contacting nys department of health the hospital and our insurance companys to file formal complaints please if you see dr marti and she suggest what seems to be excessive surgery go to another dentist we were told by several other dentist our daughters teeth could be saved with sdf this was only after dr marti butchered our childs mouth and removed teeth and did several crowns without parental consent or x-rays if you see her get a second opinion before any surgery our child is marred for life scared of doctors now has to have food mushed to eat wakes up with nightmares

Horrible, my child was scared by Marti.Marti wouldnt work on the tooth that needed to be repaired.Her chair side manner makes me question that her mental health was sound.SHE SHOULD NOT have a licence.The state was notified and implore other parents to go elsewhere for their kids sake.

Always friendly, never suggested extra treatment that wasn't needed. That was the reason why I left University Pediatric Dentistry - they always suggested extra treatments that were not medically necessary.

The staff and hygienists are amazing, Dr Marti however, leaves a lot to be desired. She criticized my 4 year old son for not immediately jumping up onto the chair & letting her, a stranger, put her hands into his mouth and me for not forcing him to comply. Allowing him to sit with me & trying to assure him that she was a safe person was apparently a significant fail for us both. I was questioned as to whether I would allow a 4th/5th grader to sit with in my lap?! He's not even in kindergarten!

Been taking my kids there for years - always great and has saved us money in long term from getting braces.

Did unnecessary work on my 4 year old. Crown where none was needed. I will be going to the news about this .

Please don't take your child here! Both of my children went here for several years until she tried making us cap all of my kids teeth.She basically told me I was a bad parent and that this was all my fault and had me in tears in the office. I took both my kids for second and third opinions and neither one of them needed caps.She said my oldest had 4 cavities and both 2nd and 3rd opinions said he had 1. Dr. Marti should be ashamed of herself for recommending unnecessary surgery for a 3yr old!!!!

Warning don't ever take your children to this dentist. She makes claims that your child needs extra work and caps on very young children and if you seek advice from other dentists will verbally harrasss you and tell you that your a bad parent. Absolutely a scam !Do not allow your child to be worked on by Dr.Peterson in any way!!!

My kids have been coming here for years and absolutely love it!! The entire staff goes over and beyond with the kids. I literally have nothing negative to say about Just 4 Me and Dr Marti

By far one of the worst pediatric dentist in all of Wny every patient that I know that comes here is always told there child is in need of lots of dental work and then is outfitted with silver caps and crowns at the age of 3 or 4 years old she ruined my sons and daughters teeth and there is no way to reverse all the damage she has done be very careful choosing a pediatric dentist .

She and her whole staff are wonderful. I've been taking my three girls there for years and highly recommend !

Great with kids! Love her!
