Office staff was friendly and doc appeared professional and qualified. First bad experience with $500 teeth whitening. This was left to the front desk scheduler to monitor. Next, crowns replaced and doc went against my wishes and made my front teeth crowns permanent vs temporary. Doctor Bucheit even was irritated and yelled that the crowns looked fine to him when I stated again I wanted them put on as temps to ensure I was happy. Upon returning to have new crowns installed. I was very upset that Doc. Bucheit allowed his assistant to set the crowns. I was completely shocked to see him in an office rubbing the shoulders of his office manager vs taking care of my dental work. Two days after all of his drilling of replacing the 2nd attempt of crowns which were whiter than my teeth; I completely lost one front tooth the assistant put on. On the next visit, his entire staff had quit except the receptionist who was now the assistant.

The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had some scheduling changes and Jessica was able to fit me in. I also LOVE that they have 7:30 am appt.
Dr Buchheit is a great listener and is easy to talk to.
