Excellent attitude, explained everything in terms we all understood in great detail

As someone with severe anxiety I made sure to tell Dr. Goff that I do have anxiety at the very beginning of my appointment. At first he was friendly but as my appointment went on he became more aggressive with what he was doing. I was visibly pulling away and making my uncomfortableness known and he did not let up. Not once did he ask if I was doing okay. He kept on with his aggressive work on my mouth. Towards the end of my appointment when I couldn’t stand the sensitivity, he very rudely said “What’s the deal” when I expressed that my teeth felt very sensitive he quite literally did not say a word then got up and left to help the next person. The dental assistant was right there when he did this. He walked away without a word about my concerns. This person should not be a dentist if they cannot be compassionate or bare minimum make sure the patient understands what’s going on. I left this appointment feeling absolutely defeated and upset. This truly takes the spot of the worst dental experience I’ve ever had.

Yelled at me when I complained of issues. Told me I would never be happy because I have anxiety. Refuses to tell you what he is doing, only speaks to the hygienist. After verbally berating me in front of staff and other patients, he walked out of the room and left me sitting there stunned and speechless. Worst dental experience ever!
