BEWARE Pearl32 Dr Mashish Rasaei
I recently had a very disappointing visit to Dr. Mashih Rasaei at Pearl32. He was rude and dismissive when explaining his diagnosis. During the cleaning, water was everywhere, making the experience uncomfortable. It felt like he was rushing to sell me additional treatments. When I declined an extra x-ray due to cost, he abruptly ended the appointment, saying I shouldn't have come if I didn't want treatment.Calling this place a dental spa is a joke—it's neither relaxing nor clean. While the front desk staff and hygienists were lovely, Dr. Rasaei was terrible. Overall, I felt disrespected and pressured. I would not recommend Dr. Rasaei to anyone looking for a professional and considerate dental experience. As a over decade patient of the prior practice with Dr Flora Stenger, DDS, I will never go to this new place again. Change of ownership and drastic change of reviews. You bought your clientele, let's see how many you lose.
