Very professional Dentist and staff. He attended to me and my mom and went through details of what needs to be done. He is very patient. I would definitely recommend him if you need a quality Dentist

Attempted to make follow up appointments for WEEKS. Staff did not return any of my calls. I finally got someone on the phone, told them about my troubles making an appointment. This person said they would call me later in the day to make an appointment- of course, they never did. Have to find another dentist. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Unprofessional behavior by office personnel.

I had an appointment in January for a checkup. When I arrived, I was told I didn’t have an appointment despite confirming multiple times previously. Every time they called to confirm, they changed the time and lied, saying that was the original time I scheduled. After 30 min wait, I got my teeth cleaned and was told everything is fine and I’m good to go. They had forgotten to do my x-rays until I reminded them. After my x-rays were briefly checked, I was told everything is good. Now 3 months later I get a call that I need multiple procedures; when I asked why I was not told that I have cavities or that my wisdom teeth need to be removed at the time of my appointment, they said I did not have approval from my insurance at the time- which doesn’t make any sense. I could’ve at least been made aware of how my teeth are doing (the whole point of being there!) instead of being lied to. Now, I scheduled my appointment for a specific time and when I called to confirm they changed it again.

I had set up an appointment for my husband. He was having real bad toothache. They told him he needed few teeth removed. They lied (created fake appointment times), cancelled on him. Gave him appointment for dental removal 10 min before office closes (we didn't know when the office was closing until after the fact). Mind you no sorry nothing from the staffs or front desk. You are better off going to different dentist in the area. We did. This happened in Long Island office in Oyster Bay.
