Dr. Matthew Bayless, DDS

My entire family of six was seen by Dr. Bayless for a time. My wife found his 'chairside manner' to be abrupt and not tactful. However, I was reluctant to change dentists as he was familiar with my oral health history. At first, his admin support was competent and helpful. Then there was a change in front office personnel. I had an HSA at the time where claims had to be submitted timely, considering the end of the year was approaching. I was expecting reimbursements from the HSA as the dental services were performed some time ago. When I called the HSA, they told me that the dentist office submitted the claim incorrectly 5 times. I approached the one member of the office staff about this and conveyed to her curtly, yet politely that I risked losing my money if the matter was handled properly. Dr. Bayless then sent me a certified letter informing me I was no longer his patient. He never gave me a chance to explain my side of the story. Clearly he does not value feedback from patients!
