Dr. Matthew Daggett, DDS

After 3 weeks my front two temporary crowns turned DARK. Waited for Manager Laura to call for FOUR MONTHS to “work me in” to have permanent crowns seated. Puffy sensitive gums around temporaries for 4 MONTHS. Hygienist cleaned teeth in the meantime and mentioned darkness to Dr. Daggett. I STILL CONTINUED TO WAIT FOR A PHONE CALL FROM LAURA TO BE worked into schedule, waited for my 4 month appt and when Dr Daggett removed 4 MONTH OLD TEMPORARIES there was BLACK STINKY, BACTERIA GROWING inside the temporaries covering my teeth and AGAINST MY GUMS. UNHEALTHY FOR BODY! My journey- 2 crowns replaced started in April ‘23 and ended in Nov ‘23. I only dealt with Manager, Laura and ONLY ONE PHONE CALL WAS E V E R RETURNED. NO messages were left for me in the 8 months that I was a patient. I continuously had to recall and follow up to reach the Manager, Laura. Dr Daggett’s other employees are friendly, helpful and very informative. He has THE BEST ASSISTANTS AND HYGIENISTS.

Knowledgeable dentist but the crown he made broke in my mouth while doing light squats. It was only less than two years old. Plus I had too many admin issues. Now I have to get another crown on the same tooth.
