Dr. Matthew Evans Sr, DMD

Dr Evans was extremely unprofessional! He was rude, aggressive, and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone! His bedside manner is the worst and he has the nerve to even actually raise his voice and throw his hands in the air at you. I would never work for anyone who treated their patients in such a terrible manner.

I was referred to Dr. Evans/Midlands Endodontics by my dentist for 2 route canals. The appointment I made was for 1 route canal that day, and we would then make an appt for the other. I was referred to have tooth #2 and tooth #4 to be fixed with #2 being the first done so I could then go back to my dentist for my crowns. The staff I spoke with were amazing & professional. I assumed the Doctor would also be nice. I was very wrong. From the moment he came into the room he was aggressive. He told me I needed at least 10 route canals & that I needed to get 4 done immediately. I explained I was referred for only 2 route canals & that I was very aware that I need alot of work done but, we had a plan with my dentist & are working in 1 section at a time, so I could afford it all. He didn' seem to listen to me at all. So, I explained it all again & asked him to just do the tooth that my dentist asked him to do. He said he called my dentist office & confirmed that I needed all four of the tee

Dr. Evans and staff are excellent providing professionalism, friendly and caring service. This is my 2nd visit for a root canal, the first visit done in 2006. Dr. Evans did an outstanding, painfree procedure in 2006 as he did today, April 23, 2019. He has saved my teeth from being extracted and replaced with implants. This dentist knows what he is doing and does outstanding work. Thank you Dr. Evans!

First time for everything. I must say I was super nervous / anxious about having a root canal done and not knowing anything about the office I was going to didn't make things easier, but when I got there the environment was awesome the staff made me very comfortable and was super friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Evans and his staff any day. Thank you for everything.

Dr Evans and his staff, are a very caring team. Everything was explained prior to the root canal and answered every question that I had. They made me feel at ease while being treated. I think his staff needs a raise! I would refer him to anyone that needed his services.

Dr. Evans performed a root canal on my upper left and although this is the 2nd experience I've had with a root canal he was beyond wonderful. He made me feel at ease and I didn't feel any pain before during or even after my procedure which I thought I would. He did a fantastic job. I left there in under 2 hours and it was painless although I was sleep but once I woke up and the numbness wore off it was like I didn't have any work done. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a dentist.

Doctor Evans set me at ease immediately. After introduction, he asked if I had any questions after which, he explained the procedure in detail, and gave me another opportunity to ask questions. During the procedure, his main concern was my comfort. Afterwards, he explained care and possible concerns and assured me that all went well.
