Deceptive! Beginning with the Front Desk, OVERT DECEPTION. They charged me for doing absolutely nothing. The DMD was incapable of performing a routine dental procedure. I asked specific questions about the treatment and the abilities to perform the dental work. The staff reassured me several times BEFORE I made the appointment the work was within the scope of practice and routinely done there. Obviously, the Staff KNOWS what procedures to book appointments! Very Unethical Dental Practice!
