Dr. Matthew Lindemann, DDS

I was leaving out of country for 8 months in 20 days. His staff got me in, in 2 day for root canal.I'm 83 and hear bad stores about root canal. Dr. took time to explained why I need one .After surgeries, I feel like nothing was done, no pain on soreness. His staff took the time to get me into Vienna family dentistry 2 days later for the cap. It takes about 2 weeks for the cap to be made there staff got me back in 10 day, the day before a old cap came off and I would need anther root canal, between both staff I got it done before leaving for 8 months. PS This time I fell sleep. woke up no pain or soreness. THANK YOU Dr. Lindemann and staff.

Unprofessional, rude and didn't explain anything before or after which almost cost me an extra $1000 because I thought my old crown was trash. Matthew seemed more interested in flirting/joking with his hygienist than talking to his patient. The recovery was and still is severely painful and this doctor will not prescribe anything even after I asked for ibuprofen 800mg & he replied "yes I can do that" yet he didn't. Having my wisdom teeth extracted was nothing compared to this. I got the feeling that Matthew was pressured into this profession by his father but that's just my opinion... The rest of what I wrote are facts.

Dr. Lindemann and his staff were professional, compassionate and competent. From the time I arrived, I felt as if I was in an office that cared about my comfort, my pain and my concerns about needing a root canal. Dr. Lindemann explained thoroughly everything about the exam, his findings and his recommendations. I did need a root canal but due to Dr. Lindemann’s constant reporting and explaining of what he was doing, I didn’t feel apprehensive during the root canal procedure. I felt I was in the hands of a true professional and felt grateful to “be in the solution” with my tooth pain. Dr. Lindemann and his staff are “ top of the line” professionals. I would not go anywhere else if I ever need another root canal. They called to check on me the next morning...a very nice and appreciated gesture. Excellent in every aspect- Thank You.

Pain free experience. Very good at what he does.

Had a previous root canal done, never any issues he did a good job. I then needed to go for a different tooth and made my appointment gave my updated insurance information over the phone and scheduled my appt. I come in for my appt. and they never scheduled it. I was upset, yes. Loud or confratational, no. Dr. Lindemann then proceeds to come out and yell at me that they can try and work me in, that someone died, or I could go see my own doctor, there was a potential death. He treated me poorly

I needed a root canal and was referred to Dr. Lindemann by my dentist. My care before, during and after the procedure was excellent. Yes I would recommend him to family and friends. Thank you. Linda F.

Dr. Lindeman performed my root canal. His chair side manner was fantastic. I always knew what was coming except I forgot to ask what the car wash was. I figured out "turn and burn" on my own. The procedure was fast and painless. The office staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lindemann was very patient and took time to explain my treatment options.

I was very nervous as I had read the reviews last night before my appt this morning and thankfully Dr. Lindemann dispelled my fears! He was vey informative and thoroughly explained everything to me and took his time. I didn't end up needing any treatment but would go back in the future if I did!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself from the humiliation and possible misdiagnosis. I went to him in excruciating pain at the referral of my dentist to treat the same tooth he treated months before. He refused to see me as a walk-in patient or relief my pain. Simply humiliated me along with his uncaring receptionist. I left his clinic in pain and tears. Was seen by another dentist within hours who resolved my issue. Discovered the his misdiagnosis caused me major loss of bone mass in my mouth.
