Dr. Matthew Pavlovich, DDS

Dr. Pav saw me for several visits; he was attempting to place the wrong implant in multiple times, and his frustration and roughness was painful! I switched dentists to complete the process. His lack of kindness is unacceptable, as was the lack of dental records of my appointments. To boot, I’m needing his dental work fixed.

The dentist did not seemed remotely concerned for my dental wellbeing. Instead he wanted to sell me Dentisrty that although I can afford, I wanted to know my options. When asked if there were alternatives to his outrageous treatment plan I was dismissed. He did not take the necessary time to get to know me or listen to my concerns when investing that type of money into my teeth. He was in a rush and I felt slighted.

I tried to give this office/doctor a chance, but numerous things happened and finally my family found a different dentist. Rude front office person, constant calls (every other week at one point) wanting us to make appointments, inability to provide receipt copies of items charged to our insurance and FSA account. Young inexperienced assistants that like to call the doctor Pav and are very unprofessional. Dentist is very rough and not at all cautious of the patient. In a hurry when roughly administering medication hit a nerve that caused hot shooting pain into eye causing side of face to droop and swell for 48 hours. Crown was not placed correctly which caused pain when eating, had to go to another dentist to have it fixed.
