I now have phobias about going to the Dentist. I was treated very unfairly. She suggested I get all 4 front of my teeth cut out and replaced with crown which look fake and plastic. Now I am ashamed to smile, I once had a very beautiful smile, now when I smile people look at my teeth with horror like what did I do. I have to live the rest of my life like this. She also told me that she gave me too much Novocain which could kill me after going back due to pain. Doctors should care. Sad

Have had several teeth filled due to cavities. One of the fillings fell out shortly after being put in (couple months) and the other was not done properly resulting in an exposed nerve. Will not be back

We have gone to Doctor Cook's office for 9 years. We feel that we have gotten excellent care there. We have now moved to Illinois and will miss her greatly!!

Condescending... Decided my choices for my family should be overridden, though her choices did not turn out well... Every procedure had an issue, created discomfort, and sent me either back to her or out to someone else to fix... Front desk is equally as condescending and can't even manage a smile, let alone service that inspires confidence. Assistants and hygienists are sweet and conversational, but not enough to overcome the incompetence we experienced. Won't return nor recommend...
