This was my third child that received treatment. The customer service was great under the previous owner. Nos there is always new staff. The billing dept doesn't seem to know what they are doing. She refuses to see patients that are late. I understand but the first time you are late, to refuse is ridiculous. I have to find my daughter rides from out of town. Then they charge you for a mask. As much as we pay for services, they can afford to give you an isolation mask. Then she told me there was something wrong with my daughters teeth to go see her dentist. We did and there was nothing wrong. It is not easy for me to find rides for my daughter due to work. Such an inconvenience to take her and nothing was wrong. I just feel like this office has gone downhill since the new Doctor took over.

Dr. Miller appears nervous around children. Frequent staff turn over. Questionable billing practices. Would not recommend.
