Brought my kids here for a decade. Never had an issue. Historically, positive feedback on behavior. Both have had cavities filled. Zero issues until my son had a really bad cavity. Naturally he was nervous. Something happened in the chair (they weren't forthcoming). My son was crying & screaming. This was not typical. Later, after he calmed down, he said it was the gas mask. My son tells me they didn't like him asking questions & kept shoving the mask on him. Confronted with that, they said nothing except he had to go somewhere else. He has to be knocked out. Kids don't tell the full truth but since they are silent about it, I have little doubt. Fast forward to his referral. They didn't send the x-rays!! His next appointment he had... they canceled & failed to tell us. "But he can have his teeth cleaned with us," is the feedback. SERIOUSLY!?
