She was was the worst dentist I ever went too. She told me all my teeth needed pulled. I said I was there to get my teeth cleaned and she told me I could go to Sheridan College for that. She said I needed my infected molar pulled. I said ok after an hour of x-rays and examination and half hour of lecture about how bad my teeth were and needed them all pulled. I was not ready and she told me that I could be in the emergency room for my molar. She gave me 2 shots and pulled my molar before my mouth was numb. It was horrendous pain. I cried and went to work and couldn't even talk because my face was swollen and I was still in pain.

- Didn't explain conditions well
- Appointment was rushed
- Didn't trust the provider's decisions
