Trying to get you to pay upfront and way to expensive for their services. Dentist hot and cold and I guess I was expecting the service I had previously with my dentist that had retired..

1st experience here was okay. I had the hygienist do the cleaning and xray. The hygienist was rough with the cleaning of my teeth and I left with my gums in pain and kept going at it even after I notified him about the pain. At that time I had dental insurance and still had to still had to pay their $30 fee.I was cool with this, it's just $30. Six months later, I came for my second dental and x-ray check-up, again the hygienist was rough with the cleaning and made my gums sore. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Similar experience as Jon Bremseth of Algonquin.Had 2 appointments(both very heavy on selling dental services)very little actual work.Spent 2 hours in chair and all that netted was pictures of my teeth.Saw Dr.Bender for 30seconds(he introduced himself). Very disappointed.

Made an appointment specifically for a CLEANING. Arrived 5 minutes early. Filled out 8 pages of forms. Led to the chair and then informed that all I would be having done that day was X-rays and photos. No cleaning because Dr. Bender was not in. How about a phone call telling me I should reschedule. I got the feeling that the wheel of profit had to keep turning even though the Dr. was out. Very disappointing.

DR.Bender was able to complete a root canal procedure that an on orthodontist was unable to complete. He is in the process of redoing a cap and filling along with the root canal that two dentists and an orthodontist did incorrectly. I' 've wasted a great deal of time and money on sub-par dental professionals. I feel confident that I have found a good, competent dentist.
