Dr. Borchers office was not truthful when it came to how much my Aetna insurance would cover. Their office told there may be a 15 or 20 dollar fee that I may be responsible for but that would be all. When I received the explanation of benefits from Aetna, I owed almost $170.00. I called their office back about this and they said "yea, we should have told you the procedure you had was not covered by your insurance." I spoke to a representative from Aetna who said Dr. Borchers' office was complete
