The cleaning was fine. The communication practices of this office are extremely poor. They don't tell you what things will cost up front. I also went in for a cleaning and was told I don't owe anything. The very next thing I heard was 3 months later, I got an automated text that my account was past due and I'm being sent to collections. I NEVER received any call, voicemail, text, or bill in the mail prior to this!! I call them a few times a finally get a hold of a rude receptionist who was condescending and unhelpful. She said, pay now or I'm being sent to collections. She refused to follow up with my insurance company. Again this was supposed to be a free cleaning. Avoid at all costs!

Dr. Brandolino is the Man-dolino. I've been going to him since 2011 and so do many others now in my office. He created a night guard for me that lasted 3 years until I lost it. He's very conservative in his approach and doesn't recommend treatment that isn't necessary - a huge change from other dentists. He actually "watches" small cavities that are currently harmless by making a note in the chart to keep an eye on them. If they get any bigger, then he drills. It's a great approach. His work has been fantastic. Personally, I have had the following done: Night guard Fixed a chipped tooth Fillings for a few cavities Referrals to excellent periodontist and orthodontist. I highly recommend him.

He made a night guard for me that turned green within a week and blamed it on me, although I was cleaning it religiously. After six months it started disintegrating. He installed a bad designed crown on an implant, I now need it exchanged because it is impossible to keep the area around the gums clean. He muscled his way into my teeth cleaning session basically bullying me into having a set of x-rays done for no specific reason, because he noticed I was eligible. He gave my wife a mercury filling without telling her what it was and without having her consent. If I could subtract stars I would.
