Dr. Michael Fischer, DMD

I've gone to Dr Fischer for over 10 years. I appreciate his bedside manner and his sense of humor. I refer everyone I know to him. Once I went to another dentist because they had sat hours... worst mistake ever but I refer to it at my one and only traumatic dentist story. I called Dr Fischer the Monday after and he immediately resolved all my concerns. His teams amazing and I'll never go elsewhere again. The one receptionist has always been a little short on patience but I'll happily deal with that knowing that I'm in perfectly capable hands. He takes his time to explain things and isn't looking to milk the opportunities for more money. I trust him completely and I hope he never retires.

Good experience with the dentists over the years, no complaints there. However, the receptionist is VERY rude. I have been a patient there for over 30 years and this has been my consistent complaint (first time leaving a review). I have heard this over and over from those who I have recommended as patients, as well, along with family members. My advice for front end staff.... If you don't like dealing with the public, move on to a job where you are not the face of the office.

They were aware I was running late i ended up being 15 minutes late . I was told Immediately you missed your appointment we will call you if something comes up.. I been a patient for over 30 years i felt that was a rude response .. At least they could have schedule me for another appointment .. its not like I haven’t waited more then 15min in the waiting room..I guess they are doing real well and don’t need my businesses..

The staff is incredibly rude. I was made an appointment for one procedure and returned to find them prepping me for different procedure, without my permission. They constantly change appointments last minute. I cannot warn you more strongly, stay away!

Love this place and have been going for a decade now. My hygiene is not great and I am paying the price. This is no fault of the dentist and he has worked hard to keep me in a full set of teeth.
