Coming from a mom with a kiddo who has never been excited to go to the dentist, after the first visit my son enjoyed the whole experience. Actually had 4 teeth pulled and never complained not one time! Absolutely great working with dentist and staff! Go see them you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Gambill treats all 3 of my kids (4,7 & 9). They all enjoy their trips to the dentist. No trauma like when I was a kid lol. He has performed various procedures from crowns and extractions to simple cleaning. He is always gentle and patient with them. The staff are super friendly and do a great job of explaining the processes and methods for prevention and care. And the best part is that even with 3 kids I’ve NEVER spent more than maybe an hour and a half on any occasion! I definitely recommend this team to anyone who has smaller kids.

The Dr. is great he deals with kids really well however, I’ve tried calling for days trying to get my son in to get a loose cap fixed. It’s usually been after 3 in the afternoon that I call because of my job and I am always placed on hold and left on hold for over 20 minutes. As I said the doctor is great but his office staff sucks and no matter how good the doctor is if you can’t set an appointment then you never get to the doctor. I hope they do something to fix this because in the last 3 days I have spent more than 4 and a half hours on hold and I’m sorry I set appointments for 35 car dealership service departments all along the east coast and I don’t just put someone on hold and leave them there until the office closes and that’s probably the thing that irritates me so much about this situation is that I call and call and am put on hold and then they close and I am just left on hold. If it was their kid they’d be upset about it too.

I have an appointment July 17th or 18th for fillings for my 7 year old. In the last 2 days my daughter has cried about a cavity hurting. I called and Madalyn wouldn’t even try to work us in. She said they only had the appointment we were scheduled for. I told her my daughter has been crying. Madalyn acted like she didn’t care and told me I could call back periodically for a cancellation. I’m finding another Dentist, can’t wait 6 weeks!

We can't say enough positive things about this practice! My daughter went from being terrified of the dentist to asking me if she could go back the next day. They connect easily with the kids, were patient and understanding of her fears, and made it fun for her. Thank you for making it such an awesome experience!

He is great with kids Very knowledgeable

Can not get in to see Dr. Gambill, other Dentist we seen was good but need to get work re-done and not all on the same page.

Dr. Gambill connects right away with the kids in his office. He puts them at ease and really makes being at the dentist a fun and comfortable experience. His entire office team work hard to make kids have fun and leave feeling excited to keep their smiles healthy and happy.
