He has no compassion and his office staff has less than he does. Had a root canal end of Jan 2024 and it was TERRIBLE and PAINFUL. I told him I have a dentist phobia and very very anxious. He drilled and said it was almost over. I went to my car and cried - it was the worst pain I ever had. They gave me no paperwork of follow up or what to do either times - being my 2nd visit where they helped me to my car,again with no written instructions. I will NEVER go there again!!!To think I paid for this

Painless, quick, efficient, and yet took time to answer any questions. Best dental experience ever - and that was for a root canal.

My first time root canal , that was done on an abscess tooth. I have always been very anxious going to dentists. DrGrassi and his staff ( Ashley) put me at ease with professional but patient and kind demeanor . I recommend Dr Grassi at the highest level.

Excellent Dr. and a very kind man. Got me in for a root canal quickly when i was in severe pain and explained everything. He was very outgoing and kind. He saw me again for a different issue shortly after and referred me to an oral surgeon. He would not charge me for that visit.He tells you exactly what he is doing and is just an all around awesome man.

I am an anxiety ridden patient when it comes to dental procedures. Dr Grassi was kind, gentle and explained everything as he went along. I felt absolutely no discomfort during my root canal. His staff was friendly, polite and reassuring. Have already spoken highly of this practice a few times today since I had my procedure this morning!
