Year-later Billing; Poor Customer Service
My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Hall and Central Oregon Dental. Their billing is late and confusing; they generally bill you over a year later for procedures. The dental cleanings take a really long time (1.5 hours) and we actually got charged for an add-on that we didn't ask for. Dr. Hall isn't the best communicator. Most friends who have gone here have left.

In my first visit with Dr. Hall I had a routine cleaning and a crown. Both were exceptional. Staff is friendly and professional. The crown was made in house while I waited and it came out perfect - fits and looks great. I highly recommend Dr. Hall and Central Oregon Dental.

This office will code your visit incorrectly so your insurance company denies the claim. They will REFUSE to change the coding for your visit. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I have zero cavities and great teeth, all I had was a simple cleaning. Stay away from this place!!!
