I rarely leave negative reviews, but after over three years of repeated issues, I feel compelled to share my experience with Dr. Hess's office so others can make an informed decision.I initially went to Dr. Hess for a dental implant, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The post that was placed in my gum became infected, requiring the procedure to be redone. When I returned for the corrective surgery, I was aggressively confronted by a woman who screamed at me about an alleged outstanding balance. I calmly asked to review my records and check with my dental insurance provider, as I had no prior knowledge of this charge. Instead of working with me to resolve it, she became even more hostile, ultimately refusing to allow the surgery to proceed — unless I paid on the spot — and threatened to charge me a $150 cancellation fee for a procedure they chose not to perform.This wasn’t an isolated incident. I had a very horrible customer service with this place today. However, I never was able to meet with Dr. Hess himself because his office staff turned me off so much I refused to go here. One of the receptionists is rude, unprofessional, and makes things up so she doesn't have to do her job. Also, having a non-secure email like hotmail to send x-rays too is unprofessional and inexcusable in this day and age for a dentist who makes plenty of money to purchase a real email. Additionally, I had called my insurance company ahead of time and yet this place couldn't give me the correct quote even though on a different day another office staff (a nice one) I will make sure to tell all of my friends, family, and colleagues to stay away from this place! I am a professional as well and I WOULD NEVER treat new or continuing patients this way. I hope all professionals remember that ETHICS and other factors are required to maintain their licenses and I wouldn't want complaints over an office worker.

I'm so satisfied with all members of this office, especially Dr. Hess. I know I'm getting the best dental care possible. He is patient, considerate, and capable!

I am out of pain and my teeth are in the best condition than they were 2 years ago. This office runs Ike a well organized machine. Everyone is a professional and treat their patients with respect. I'm so thankful I found this place.

I was there 2 years ago and really liked dr Hess, but the hygienist was the rudest person I’ve ever met in medical field. I would like to have dr Hess as my dentist but the thought of having that hygienist again is too repulsive.

My first appointment today was for cleaning. Morgan was super. She explained everything she was doing and why. She was concerned about me being comfortable. She showed me my x-rays and pointed out her concerns. Very professional and friendly. At the end of my visit I met Dr Hess. I was impressed with his knowledge and he akso explained issues in a way that I could understand. I feel I have made the right choice for my dental needs I also asked an opinion from another patient and she was very happy with the care she has received.
