My appointment was for teeth cleaning with Bobbi and it was great! Painless and attentive to the sensitive areas. As always, great staff and excellent customer service!

I had a tooth break as I was brushing my teeth one morning. I called and they had me come right in to the office. They kept apologizing for the delay when I was the one backing up their scheduled patients. Dr. Bui made sure I was comfortable the entire procedure and explained everything she was doing which put me at ease. I highly recommend this office!

I was a former patient and went back for a 2nd opinion about my new dentist's treatment plan. Dr. Bui did a thorough exam and x-rays and gave me her honest opinion. I'm sorry I left their practice due to the new insurance plan that was included with my HMO. I'm considering returning even though they don't accept my insurance and I would be a private pay patient. I completely trust their practice and always received excellent care from them.

I love this whole group. It is a happy place from the moment you walk in until you leave. They do excellent work. I don’t have dental insurance since I stopped working and will gladly pay private rather than getting into a cheaper, managed care plan. They remember who you are and always remember the important parts of your life. I actually made my appointment early so I could see my doctor before she leaves on maternity leave. I have had LOTS of work done and never had any issues. Can’t say the same for other places prior to this one. They are all a perfect 10!!

Friendly staff and EXCELLENT bedside manner!! My son recently had a baby tooth extracted by Dr. Bui, because he was unable to get it out himself. She was so gentle and patient with him, and he was pretty nervous. We got through the appointment with flying colors! Thanks to them, he had a great experience and is even looking forward to seeing Natalie again for his next cleaning!

Dr. McConnell and his staff are wonderful! My son had a terrible abscess on his gum and Dr. Bui worked him in, took care of the tooth and got him out of pain. Everyone was so nice to my son- from giving him a blanket to make him more comfortable to letting him pick a toy at the end of his appointment. I would highly recommend this office- I made appointments for myself and the rest of my family while I was there for this emergency appointment!

I strongly never recommand this dentist. He told me you need just filling after he did filling for me he said to me you need crown. So, I have some doubt that this dentist just want money and he didn't care about my tooth but I said ok do it after that I expected he will make a good shape crown but it was flat so I asked him to make groove one but he refused. So, after he spent my money, he didn't treat with me a good behavior. I am sorry but he was very rude. I will never go to him again.
