Absolutely horrendous! He has the most disrespectful and rude bedside mannerism. I took my 2 in for dental work, and was with my kids the entire time, my daughter ended up with an extraction and my son had a couple fillings. My daughter finished first and was upset, naturally, i took her to the front to console her as other kids hearing her crying is making the others apprehensive. She was not in pain, I made certain it was only the gas wearing off. I was only up front MAYBE 4-5MIN when the nurse comes to get me to bring me to the back. The dentist immediately begins to tell me that my son was rude and not listening and he's only trying to help my son,.... the man had a mask on his face and hand in m child's mouth I don't know how he could hear him saying ANYTHING, and I was not sure if he was kidding, I wad totally caught off guard, I let out a nervous giggle and the man says to me "I don't know what's funny about this he's being rude and I'm trying to help him"...... it escalated from here at this point as I know GROWN ADULTS who do not tolerate the gas. When I asked what my son did or said he tells me my son said "I hate you" and you don't breathe thru his mouth...... are you kidding me!?!?!? My son begins to have tears and tries to speak and mutters I asked for you mom. I said I want my mom and I hate this place. Mind you my child STILL HAS THE GAS ON!!! I will NOT be bringing my kids back to some overbearing egotistical man who clearly had ZERO business with treating children. I was appalled!!! I have worked in rhe medical field for 13yrs and I deal with Emergencies; I've seen all the ugly! I know what helping patients only to have them be uncooperative really looks like! Try treating a hypoglycemic pt! They don't know and can't help it much like a CHILD on the gas and especially for the first time! This man has zero compassion was completely disrespectful to me, and then STORMED OFF! The nurse with my child looks at me and says I had no problem with your son at all he was excellent with Me and went on to say my son may have had a little pain and what not. I will not be back due to him and it's unfortunate as the staff there are amazing but he is not.
