Terrible Experience
Dr. Quasha was rude and rough when performing exam. Afterwards, while waiting for my treatment plan, the office staff was yelling back and forth to each other unprofessionally. Dr. Quasha's portion of the conversation included several f-bombs. I walked out and will find a new dentist.

Horrible man
Firstly, I would give Maria, the dental asst 10 stars if I could. Very professional and pleasant. Secondly, office was very clean and had nice decor. I was raised here in the South and taught if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. I have to make an exception in this case. He was rude, incorrect in his info and treated me like a second class citizen. I had a large tumor removed from my brain and had radiation after. He said I should have gotten clearance from my radiologist before ever making an appt with him. I only came in for a cleaning and a treatment plan. Jabbed at my gums with no concern about my discomfort. Needless to say, they never emailed me a treatment plan, which is fine because he’d be the last dentist on this earth I would go to. FYI - asked my radiologist about dental work and he said the dentist was incorrect. He radiated my brain, not my mouth and one thing has nothing to do with the other.

applied a crown over my daughters cracked tooth
TERRIBLE PLACE.....my daughter was so upset during the process between the ignorance of the people that work there and the actual Dr who needs to go back for dental training. She ended up seeing an endodontist for surgery because the tooth became infected from a bad and wrong procedure. He should pay these bills for dental surgery

Don’t do it
The staff are wonderful people and that’s how they get your trust. Dr. Quasha is very rude and, in my experience, he made me feel like dirt. He introduced himself and the next thing out of his mouth was “you really just don’t floss, do you?” He made a treatment plan for me. 11 thousand dollars. My insurance pays for extraction but he said he could save the completely broken teeth and cap them. Went to several different places after seeing him, after getting an abscess, cross country dental did me right. This man just wants money . He’s not in it for the patients. Don’t do it

Dentistry Today
Dr. Quasha has been my dentist for 9 years and always looks out for my pocketbook. Never once has he recommend work that wasn’t absolutely necessary or preventative. Dr. Quasha’s staff is educated, respectful and highly professional. Thanks to Dr. Quasha I can continue to smile.

The receptionist is rude and doesn't listen to what your asking. They do not accept patients with Liberty Dental plan even though they are signed up as a provider. Even with an emergency appointment needed for two abscesses they recommended going to the hospital for antibiotics during COVID-19. ???? Worst experience ever with any dentist or doctor.

Absolutely horrible place. The receptionist was rude and cut me off mid sentence. When I tried to call back she just kept hanging up on me. I DO NOT recommend nthis place as there are far too many dentist that actually care about their patients.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Quasha for several years. We have the usual cleanings and I had a chipped tooth that needed work. We don't have dental insurance but we purchase his in-house family insurance which helps. John and Evelyn S.

This man should not be practicing dentistry or be allowed to treat patients, certainly not young patients. We were forced to use this office through our insurance after our long-time dentist retired and the office is currently changing hands and does not accept our insurance. First, we were told we needed to come in for the standard visit, x-rays and meet the doctor, and then we could schedule an appointment for cleanings. I had x-rays done within the last year and have them from my previous office that graciously provided them to patients so that our new office would have them on file. The woman on the phone sounds so unprofessional, I would have thought I was calling a bar or nightclub by the tone in her voice. Despite my gut instinct, I booked the first appointment anyhow. What a mistake, the front desk staff had music loudly playing and were talking poorly about one of the other staff members, the dr. came out and joined in and made some very racial comments that made me nervous.

This was my first time at this office and will be my last. I was charged for service that the insurance was suppose to pay for. The paperwork was presented to me while I was under anesthetic and couldn't see without my glasses and upon arriving home I found additional charges that were not discussed with me and also the service was not even performed. Two weeks earlier I was at another dentist office and I was informed I had two cavities while this doctor gave me a proposed treatment for nine additional services covering cavities and replacing caps. This office is out to make money on people and ripped them off. I only went to him because his on my insurance plan and at this time I even filed a complaint with the insurance co.. This doctor does not look out for the health of your teeth. Stay away from this office.

VERY Unhappy experience!!! You can tell that this is a money making operation first and healthy care a distant second. Wait times are in the 30-40 min range with a bucket full of excuses used for the delays. Yes my childs health insurance is forcing me to use this Dr and practice but we are searching for a new dental practice. My son needed to start his treatment at this practice after over five years with a previous dentist who retired. All checkups were good and prognosis was clean for future. We visit the Quasha practice and we are warned of potential problems that could cost thousands down the line in years to come. Attempt to convince you to do all this preventative work that is unnecessary. They just see $$$$ at the cost of each patient. As I sat there in the waiting room listening to the BS phone conversations from the front desk staff I had to laugh at the con-jobs being laid on potential clients. Can't wait to leave this practice.

I was a Loyal patient of Dr. Quasha's for 5+ years until my recent visit for just a general cleaning when EVERYTHING was turned upside down. Upon my arrival EVERYONE in the office was replaced by Inefficient, Unintelligent, Unfriendly, Unorganized, and Unkind staff. Not to mention the wait went from ALWAYS being reasonable to Outrageous. By the end of my visit, I left with a cut in my mouth was played off as MY FAULT... NEVER EVER TRUST THIS DR

This dentist is completely unethical and will do everything for squeezing out the last dollar from you. He'll also recommend treatment that is entirely unnecessary. I dropped $10,000 even with insurance because he gave me a bunch of printouts claiming my insurance only covered a small portion and his bills made no sense. The quality of his work is VERY poor. My crowns had to be redone twice, once by him, then I went to another dentistry. I am surprised he is still in business. Avoid!
