Great orthodontist. He is very dedicated, very honest, very kind and very good at what he does. My kids have beautiful smiles now.

Today was our 2nd appt with Dr. Reilly, which was scheduled for 6:30 PM. We arrived at 6:35 PM and as we were going upstairs, the Dr. was coming downstairs, saw us, said hi and just kept on walking! I thought that maybe it was someone else (since I only saw the Dr. once a month ago), but the receptionist said that "unfortunaly the Dr does not like to wait for patients on his last appointment". Mind you, they did call me the day before to confirm! Appaling!

Recently had evaluation for my son with Dr. Reilly,who is very nice,professional with good bedside manners,exhibited passion and knowledge in his field. On the other hand, stuff doesn't complement the doctor, the 3 front desk receptionist where unwelcoming and seemed to be to busy for you at all time. Only one Spanish lady, did not catch her name, who took my paperwork with a smile on her face. Would recommend Dr. Reilly teaching his stuff awareness of customer service and competition out there.
