Dr. Michael Saoud, DMD

Dr. Saoud installed 3 implants. The process took 18 months due to intense pain after having 2 teeth pulled to make room for the implants, waiting for bone growth, numerous delays waiting for materials, lack of communication from the office, and repeated procedures. The implants were finally completed in June. A few days later, I began suffering from face pain. Three visits to an ENT and a sinus CAT scan could not find a reason for the pain. Then I saw an allergist and had allergy testing. No problem found. I saw Dr. Saoud who took an X-ray and assured me there was no problem with the implants. A week later, the bridge that attached to the implant unexpectedly fell out. Immediately the pain I’d been experiencing for 6 months disappeared. I found another dentist who checked the implants and found they were loose and at an angle rather than being straight. He tightened them and reinstalled the bridge. No more pain. I’m staying with the dentist who quickly found & corrected the problem.

The worst “dentist” I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Complete mismanagement of his office and terrible customer service.
