Can not say enough positive things about Dr. Smith and his entire practice. The staff is amazing and caring, including the therapy dogs!!! He went out of his way to help us with a bad situation others turned away. Spectacularly talented caring and compassionate human being!!!!

Very clean office. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Smith explained everything very thoroughly. The procedure was painless. I would definitely recommend this office.

Very impressed with this office. After a bad experience elsewhere I was hesitant about getting my root canal but Dr. Smith and his staff assured me I was in good hands and receiving the best treatment around. The office was very beautiful and every single staff member was nice and courteous. 5 stars all around.

Was asked to sign no recordings or pictures at office. He spent time asking general questions lawyer might ask, following each question "would you agree, does that make sense?". This followed his "friend" sending emergency referral after a filling appt turned into "life threatening emergency root canal". They took me right away. Dr was unprofessional in jeans and a t-shirt, giving advice to turn one root canal to 2, doubling bill. I left to get 2nd opinion and will never go back. Pain left too.

Never going back. Broke my tooth. Office manager never returned my call. Only sent me a letter with highlighted documents I had signed.

Dr Smith is amazing! So friendly and professional! I felt like hebl genuinely cared about my concerns and comfort. He worked quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to socialize and laugh with me! His Office Manager is incredibly helpful and patient with organizing payments, and his office staff are attentive, comforting, and sweet!

Planned on RC but left w/o having done after he talked about himself for 15 mins. instead of talking about my pending procedure. He then injected me in corner of my mouth causing numbness for one month.After becoming very scared, he rudely told me to relax. I left to have RCwith another Dr the next day. That was 6 mos. ago. He sent in claim for RC and received over $700 despite multiple calls to have him send money back so that proper Dr. could get paid.

Root canal failed and infected the tooth next to it. Dr Smith tried to charge me $2,700.00 to fix this. My dentist intervened on my behalf to negotiate the bill down to 675- one month later he billed me 169 more. Other patients complain to my dentist of over billing issues, they are no longer referring patients to him due to overcharging and poor results of treatment. I found his casual approach to patient care very unprofessional and uncomfortable, quality of care sub-standard obviously.

Very engaging and thorough in diagnosing and explaining what was wrong and what options were available. Work top notch and professional. Staff was superb. I'm a newbie to dental "problems" and am glad my regular dentist referred me to him.

I had a very good experience in Dr. Smith’s office this week. I had my first root canal and it went very well. Dr. Smith took good care of me and made things so easy. The staff put me at ease and I was never uncomfortable during the procedure. All of the staff were so pleasant and helpful, it was nice. Dr. Smith has a great team that make you feel welcome and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone, an A+ office!
