Receptionist is disrespectful
We have been seeing Dr Soult for many years. Now that my daughter is over 18, she was told that he can’t see her any longer which is understandable. However, his receptionist demanded her credit card number and charged her for a final bill which we were never sent. We have left multiple messages regarding this matter and both the receptionist as well as Dr Soult are refusing to even call back. How sad that a man so close to retirement needs a college student’s money so desperately.
