Dr. Michael States, DDS

For over 20 years, Dr. States has cared for our family. I moved to Staunton, and I continue to trust Dr. States and his office with my care and needs. He is cautious with his procedures and anesthetics, but not to the point of injury or pain. He explains procedures and conditions in a clear manner. His recommendations for services not performed at his office have also been sound.

Dr. States is so good that even though I moved up to Warrenton in 1990, I still kept Dr. States as my dentist and travel back to Charlottesville for appointments.

Dr States has wonderful bedside manners, he is humorous and a Christian man.He is very professional. I am very satisfied with the service I receive. I highly recommend Dr States and staff.

I lived in Charlottesville for nine years and was a patient of Dr. States during that entire time. When I took a job in Fredericksburg, 90 minutes away, I continued as a patient--for sixteen more years. Dr. States is an excellent dentist. He is honest. He would always lay out the various options available--some low or no cost, others more expensive. He does excellent work and stands by it. Hazel is a superb hygienist. His staff is wonderful. Most have been there for many years. Now live in LA.
