Great experience
I had a great experience. I have read the reviews and I was apprehensive. I believe Dr.Taras is the very best Dentist I have ever had. He explained everything he was doing, . There was no pain. He was very polite and his staff was wonderful. He did a root canal and a cap on a front tooth, and it matches beautifully. I am so happy and impressed with his work.

All the classic signs of a god complex.
My experience with Dr. Taras is he is just another allopathic practice trying to cover up bad dentistry with holistic fanfare. I have a chronic, serious, auto-immune disease and thus have special needs to consider. When I tried to politely communicate these needs, however, he rudely treated me like I was a lair or a mental case; not short of trying to actually gaslight me! I bring my money and my mouth to a dental professional tradesmen to discuss options, not to be talked down to like a child and told what to do. After I finally had enough disrespect, I was more firm, although still respectful. He then sent me a letter “discharging” me from his practice like a bully yelling insults from the safety of his parents yard after being beaten by the neighbor kid. There was no need to waste the paper.

Amazing, knowledgeable dentist and great staff ser
I drive a long distance for my family and I to see Dr. Taras and his staff because of the cutting-edge services his office offers. His knowledge is unmatched in his field and he has done a wonderful job helping my family with our health and wellness. When the truth comes out about how traditional dentists have not taken care of (and sadly, even caused harm to) their patients for decades, people will see the value of dentists like Dr. Taras and his staff and the line will be out the door to get an appointment.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This "Doctor" is helping to spread COVID. He does not wear a mask, and will tell you that COVID is fake. He takes no measures to screen patients, treats them unprotected, and then treats you!!! Then, if you have any questions about your dental care, he will belittle you, and make you feel horrible. This guy is dangerous. DO NOT GO TO THIS QUACK!!!!

This doctor should be reported to the ADA. He does not believe COVID is real and he does not wear a mask to protect the well-being of patients. He only wears a face shield, which does nothing for respired air. He is so rude and condescending, he makes you feel like an irresponsible child when you ask clarifying questions about teeth care. This doctor should not be practicing medicine. I now question if he even has a medical degree.

PLEASE READ THIS!! He will NOT wear a mask to protect patients against the virus. He treats many unmasked patients throughout the day then potentially exposes everyone to the virus. I had my first visit recently and he is rude, cold, and unprofessional. I waited two months for an appointment for pain. The day of my appointment he informed me he was too busy to deal with the pain issue caused by a cavity and I would have to come back in 10 days. There is not a decent dentist on this earth who would make someone leave their office in pain and force them to wait another 10 days. I have already contacted the PA Dept of Health (Rachel Levine's Office) and reported him. Just find another dentist, there are plenty of good men and women out there. I did!

Very rude and unprofessional. Overcharged me and my family and never called back to reimburse me. Look at the explanation of benefits from your insurance and compare to what you paid. I had to call the office and ask them to reimburse me on so many claims. The staff is great but the dentist is very rude. I would not want to work for him. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Get a second opinion....dentists' role is to work towards preserving your teeth. First visit about 14 months ago I was told 2 teeth needed root canals (which he did not recommend) or pulled and 1 which was crowned should be pulled due to gum infection. Done. Then a month later lost a filling he said could not be fixed, root canal or pulled. Done. This year he said 2 teeth couldn't be fixed. Root canal or pull.....showed another Dr the x-rays and he asked "why?" GET A SECOND OPINIONa

This “dentist” is unprofessional, rude and abusive to patients. There is not enough space here to document my experiences with him. But I have spoken to many others with the same experience. He injected my tooth without warning or any numbing solution (I have *never* had this experience at another dentist) and he made insulting comments to me. He mentioned something about needing a possible root canal on a tooth I was having NO problems with (this was several years ago and the dentist I see now has *never* mentioned anything of the sort). When I responded with surprise by saying “a root canal??” he responded in a mocking tone, “yes, a root canal!”and tried to stare me down like a school yard bully. I have reported him to the dental board and my understanding is that there have been multiple lawsuits against him. I also personally witnessed abusive comments he made to a patient who complained on his FB page and when I screen shot them and made him aware, the page disappeared.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.

I have not been to the dentist in ten plus years. My tooth got infected and I went Dr. Taras. The staff was so friendly and caring. I came back in a couple days and had the infected tooth pulled. Dr. Taras took the time to make sure I was comfortable, calm and knowledgeable of what was going to happen during the procedure. It was really a great experience.

The staff and dentists are highly committed to offering the best services to their clients. I have been coming here for over 3 year, recommending the clinic to all of my immediate family members. They have continuously offered me the most progressive dental care available and I am continuously received by the staff and the dentists as a friend as opposed to being just one of many clients.
