Dr. Michael Tilson, DDS

I arrived for my appointment and was taken back in a very few minutes. Suffice it to say, I am never relaxed in a dental chair, but Dr. Tilson and his assistant, Malinda, were especially considerate and reassuring. All my questions were answered patiently and in detail. Dr. Tilson was very thorough, explained every step of the procedure, and took his time throughout the entire pain-free process. Thanks also to Courtney and Kelsey who were so pleasant and accommodating in scheduling and handling the paperwork. He and his staff provided outstanding service. Dr. Tilson is a professional of the highest integrity, and I would not hesitate to go to him for any endodontic dental work. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Tilson.

A dentist was going to completely remove a tooth where I had previously had a root canal procedure that became infected. I went to Dr. Tilson for a second opinion, and he took a more conservative approach and was able to save not only my tooth but also my existing crown. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions about materials and other concerns. On another occasion, a dentist sent me to him for a root canal, and he correctly diagnosed my problem as a gum issue, not a root canal issue, rather than performing an unnecessary procedure on me. I will be going to Dr. Tilson for all future endodontal work!

Dr. Tilson was very thorough in explaining my procedure, numbed to no pain level, and expeditious with procedure. I’d go back in a minute if I needed to.

Pain free procedure with an excellent staff. I didn't even feel the shot. Dr. Tilson is the best.

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Michael Tilson. What an awesome experience. I had previous history when having other dental work done and not being numb. We got me numb on the first try and the procedure was a breeze. He and his staff were very friendly and professional! I will refer him to anyone that needs a root canal! Sue S

My Dentist referred an endodontist for a root canal it was not the person they referred me but dr. Tilson wasn't pleased about this and called back to have photo ID some more information on this man he calls me back and stated if something was wrong with the work to get an attorney they're not providing any of that personal information information we have the right to ask professionals if they can verify their primary and their Secondary School identities don't see a problem with that

Not a good experience. I had intense pain after my root canal. I called the office and was told to give it a week. I’ve had tooth infections before and they weren’t this painful. This was my fifth root canal with other dentists and endodontics with no problem. My gum is still so inflamed that a month later the dentist isn’t able to cement the permanent crown because of the bleeding. I’ve never had this tupe of reaction to a root canal. I gave it 2 stars because they were nice when I was there

Explained all my options and was available to answer questions the following day. Staff is very polite and had insurance explained before the procedure.

The only reason I gave a five star rating is because it can't get any higher. I had one root canal many years ago done by Dr. Tilson and it was less painful than my normal cleanings. It was for this reason I drove 18 hours round trip for him to do not one but two in one sitting. He explained everything as he was doing it and for the first time in months I can drink a glass of cold water again. Once again no pain and I drove 9 hours AFTER the procedure. If you need the best see Dr. Tilson!

Just had my first ever root canal today. Didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Tilson and his staff were all very welcoming and answered every question I had, and explained everything as it was happening. They were always making sure I was comfortable. If I ever need this kind of work on my teeth again, I’ll return to Dr. Tilson. Because I came from the military I had never used insurance before, they took the time to explain that as well.
