Dr. Michael Tsubota, DDS

Unfortunately our experience with Dr. Tsubota and his office was not good at all. My mother went to see him and was told they will contact insurance to start her treatment and never did I called multiple times the office and was told the same oh sorry we will call insurance today it nly took her 2 visits and never got a call from the office at least to tell us no we cant work with your insurance. I still made an appoitment for my son because we were referred by a good friend in town and was told his appointment was weeks ago and we did not provide a phone number which is a lie. Plus staff very rude when I called. I work at a hospital I know healthcare is busy but a call back is always nice.

Been with Dr. Tsubota & his office for years (after less positive experiences elsewhere that made me really not like going to the dentist) and I am grateful to have found him! Now my daughter is also starting out with a great dental foundation through the care of Dr. Tsubota & his staff. He is always caring and positive. Takes the time to get to know you as a person, not just as another appointment slot.
