Dr. Michael Westman, DDS

I did not feel respected or heard as a patient. His assistant is trashy in the way she speaks. She was using swear words when explaining a procedure that I was about to have done. Needless to say I decided to go elsewhere and I'm VERY thankful I did.

I feel compelled to leave a review after reading some poor ones. Dr. Westman is the most competent, caring ,thorough dentist I have ever been to. I came across the reviews when I was trying to see after hours if he accepts my new insurance. I don't believe he does, but I will most likely still go to him anyway. His care is so professional,y et personal for my entire family. I had a horrible orthodontic experience as an adult resulting in TMJ dysfunction. Dr. Westman slowly regained my faith in the profession and helps immensely with my anxiety from that experience. Aslo, let's not forget his great hygienist.

Best dentist I've ever had. I recommended him to my close family and friends, who are also happy they went. His facility is state-of-the-art, patients never wait long in the waiting room, his manner is kind and competent, and the whole experience is pleasant every time I go. When you're in the chair, there is a pretty view of lush vegetation outside the picture window right in front of you, which I've always found relaxing, plus the upbeat music which I imagine most people would actually enjoy.

He was 1 hr late for my appt.He verified ins cov with ins co & stated he accepts my ins before I made apt,Never stated he wasn't in ins network..Advertises 1 day crown service, mine took 2 days cuz he screwed up cementing it.Convinced me to pay in full & have ins pay me.Said would e-file claim that day.He didn't file it for 3 1/2 wks & only did so after I called stating no claim filed.Disorganized, incompetent, my opinion.Paid 50% more for crown cuz not in network. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE,
