Dr. Michel Vazquez, DMD

This review is about the customer service I received from Paula, the receptionist at Dr. Vazquez's office. I came to this practice on two visits, 1/27/23 and 2/2/23. The service I received from the Doctor was good however I was overcharged on my second visit. I only noticed when the insurance bill came in a week after showing they paid what I already had. I called the office and spoke to Paula who assured me the refund would be coming soon. A week passes and nothing. I speak to Paula again who assures me the payment should have been processed and that she would check with accounting. This continues every week for an entire two months. Only on 3/28/23 could Paula provide me with evidence of a refund transaction. Meanwhile she had managed to keep telling me it went through and to keep checking on my end when in fact it had never been sent. Paula also failed to call me back on multiple occasions to update me on the status of my refund. I will not be returning.
