She is just Amazing!
Dr. Scrime is the kindest dentist I have ever been to! She was very gentle and understanding she even let me know what was going on through the entire process! The staff was also great! They made everything from scheduling to being completely done as easy as it could be! I would give Dr. Scrime 10 stars if I was allowed! I would definitely recommend seeing her if you to have a root canal!

Dr Scrime is great but the office is horrible
Dr Scrime was great. I was pain free after a couple of hours after the root canal. I have no doubt she did a fine job. The problems started with the office when I had questions about the billing. I asked why they would bill my insurance company more than the contracted rate. Their asnwer was at best convoluted. I don't get it. If there is a CONTRACTED AGREEMENT why charge more then that. They have their reasons but I don't get it. PLUS. The amount that I paid out of pocket was more then $100 what I should have paid. They actually told me that IF there is a credit, that they would refund me the balance. I can't speak for anyone else but I have NEVER received a credit for any medical or dental bill I have ever paid. I have always billed what was my responsibility. No more, no less. Don't ask them any questions. If you do, they will have answers, only answers that don't make sense.
