She put a crown on a front tooth implant a few years ago and didn’t line up the bite properly, so my crown became loose. I told her about it and she said she couldn’t fix it until it was looser. Every time I mentioned it, she said she couldn’t do it yet. I now go to a different dentist who told me my crown’s wiggling back and forth caused bone loss around the implant and would fall out eventually. I am having bone grafting done to replace the bone loss. During Covid, her office was in a condemned building with no heat. Now she is working at another dental practice.

I have been going to Dr Kinsman since I was just a kid. She has a great practice and my parents approve as well considering my sisters, who are quite young even didn't mind going there for their first couple times. Never had any issues here and I always enjoy knowing I'll get great dental care going there.
