Dr. Koilpillai, you need to fix your billing system ASAP. Your office needs to work with the insurance companies to determine whether your office is in network on not. We called your office to book a dental appointment and your office said they did their due diligent and determined that you are in network. However, we are receiving a bill because you are out of network. Called to talk to Tiffany and she was no help/rude. We don't owe your office. I will like to talk to you or your dad.
