So to start, the front desk lady I believe her name was Joy, definitely was not joyful, rather yet rude on the phone and in person. Dr. Wasno has no bed side manner. Do not recommend

I have been going to Dr. Wasno for some time now. Both she and Joy, the receptionist are kind, professional, and have gone above and beyond for me in unusual circumstances involving a problematic tooth. I highly recommend this practice! 100%

Dr. Wasno is a very caring and compassionate dentist.Her help espically Joy are just fantastic.She is a very skilled dentist and cares about her patients.

I had my filling done with Dr. Wasno and two days later I called about temperature sensitivity with my tooth. I was informed that it would take a week for my symptoms to be resolved and instead, my filling fell out after a week. When I called back, I was poorly treated by the front desk lady and was told to call 3 days later as the doctor was on vacation and would not be available to solve the issue and was told to instead call the covering doctor. The covering doctor informed me that he would not be available to fix my filling and to either wait for my doctor to return or get some over the counter items and fix the filling myself. Dr. Mitchell Wasno Office and staff had no medical or professional ethics and have no empathy for their mistreated patients suffering from acute pain. They wanted the patient with a hole in her tooth to wait for three days and refused to even answer the phone when I called them. Michelle Wasno is a very kind, considerate understanding person. She cares about her patients, and take time to answer any questions that they may have. She is very compassionate with her attitude towards her patients. I highly recommend her for a dentist. I will keep her for mine .

I don't know who sam in allentown, but I went to Michelle several times in the past and she was kind,friendly, helpful, and she finished my work before her estimate time would be. I went there the first week of Oct. to have my partial worked on, and she promised to try to have it done before Thanksgiving and it actually came back several days before Thankgiving. And it fit perfectly .

The only dentist I will ever go to. Before meeting Dr Wasno I was scared of any procedure. She managed to easy my fears to give me back my smile in time for my daughters wedding . I trust her completely and now kid with her that I come there to relax.

Dr. Michelle Wasno, DMD My experience with this woman was so very bad?????? dental work took months to finish almost a year. The secretary with attitude problems towards me that I had to give complaints which were never resolved. The last time I went to a routine appointment this DMD was bulling me with her staff and I felt so bad that I never came back.

Dr. Wasno is very knowledgeable and skilled. Her staff is efficient, organized and friendly. I would recommend her practice to anyone.
